In an eight-person Scrum team, I helped build a work collaboration application using Django REST and React with TypeScript. The app connected chat discussions to operational records for industrial teams.
My implementation work included backend mentions for three entity types: users, assets, and reports. These let a message refer directly to the person or operational record being discussed.
I served as Scrum Master for one three-week sprint, coordinating ceremonies and clarifying priorities. During that sprint, I led the team through a major merge-conflict resolution process that had blocked development progress.
